Strength & Conditioning

This class will get you strong! You will work on barbell movements such as bench press, squats, deadlifts, overhead press etc… at a high intensity to increase overall work capacity. Conditioning is mixed in with bike sprints, rowing, wall balls, kettlebell swings and more. Whether you are a rookie or a seasoned lifter, you will experience great camaraderie and get the push you are looking for!


Train like a strongman or strongwoman. You do not have to be big and muscular to take this class. Weights are scaled down accordingly for each client. We just want you to feel strong and have fun. You will do tire flips, log presses, pick up atlas stones, farmer carries, yoke carries, sandbag training and more!


You will develop the skills necessary to conquer those obstacle races. Train with the NEVER QUIT mindset, develop grit and feed off your teammates. You will climb ropes and cargo nets, swing across monkey bars, carry sandbags, lunge, squat, burpee and more!!!


Classes will have you dripping sweat! Start with warmup drills, jump rope, learn heavy bag combos, partner pad work and fitness drills.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the MOST effective way to protect yourself as well as a tool to get into the best shape of your life! The Fundamentals Class will introduce you to the basic movements of jiu-jitsu as well as entry-mid level submissions and escapes. You will participate in various drills and live sparring (in a controlled environment) to simulate real-world self-defense scenarios. After attending this class consistently, you will be able to intelligently defend yourself against any attacker. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu will tone up your muscles, strengthen the core, increase flexibility and mind to body connection. Contact us to get started!


This class instills flexibility and strength both physically and mentally, while also teaching controlled breathing techniques and organically linking those techniques to movement. This is an all levels class from beginners to experts through the use of modified poses and props to suit each individuals needs.
