We are not a big box gym where you are just a member. We are a fitness family that trains together, competes together, and supports each other. We specialize in S&C, Obstacle race training and boot camps.

GROUP FITNESS
Find some serious strength in numbers. Each class is unique and offers something different. All classes are taught by certified coaches and trainers running the class, assisting with technique and checking form. These classes are fun and exciting and you will feel awesome results.
OBSTACLE RACE Training
Is an obstacle race your next big challenge? Prepare yourself mentally and physically for the event with our Spartan Fit Training Programs. We train, coach and participate in several dozen races a year and many times travel and race as a team.
We train for any and all obstacle races and will help you develop the strength, grit and mental toughness it takes to earn that medal.


PERSONAL TRAINING
Do you prefer to train in a smaller setting? We offer 1-on-1 training, semi private, and small group training of 2-4 people. You will work with one of our certified trainers who will design a plan to fit your goals.
STRONGMAN TRAINING
You are stronger then you think. This is a fun class that incorporates odd object training. You will press logs and atlas stones, carry sandbags and yokes, pick up kegs, flip tires, push sleds and more. It is a strength and conditioning class with strongman movements. Every movement is functional and weights are scaled down for every skill level. We emphasize technique first and foremost.
