Spartan Gym Terms & Conditions

Purchase Policy

Classes, appointments, and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. All class and appointment packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase; any unused sessions will not be refunded or credited to a user’s account, without exception. Clients under an autopay schedule will be charged on the first of each month until cancellation by the client. For health and safety reasons, all pass options are limited to 1 visit per day.

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit, debit, cash, and physical check. Late payments are subject to a $25 service charge without limitation. We strongly encourage clients on an autopay schedule to save a credit card on file to prevent such late fees from occurring.

Return/Refund Policy

All fees and other amounts paid to Spartan Gym Sports & Conditioning related to classes, appointments, or any other fitness-related services are non-refundable. Fees and other amounts charged to clients on a monthly plan can be pro-rated to account for an extended absence (the “Absence Period”) from the gym, provided that said client provides at least 30 days notice prior to the start of the Absence Period and the Absence Period lasts a minimum of seven days without interruption. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a client has an existing package and an extenuating injury or medical condition arises that prevents the client from attending Spartan Gym Sports & Conditioning, we are able to freeze such packages without advance notice, so long as you provide an appropriate doctor’s note indicating the length of time you are advised not to partake in intense physical activity. To initiate the freeze, please email your request and attach your doctor’s note to [email protected] or speak to a Studio Manager in person.

Returns for Spartan Gym Sports & Conditioning products and apparel, which may include, without limitation, t-shirts, hats, sports equipment, electronic equipment or other physical or tangible products, will be allowed within thirty (30) days of purchase, with proof of purchase or receipt. Refunds for such products will be in the form of a credit to the purchaser’s account.

Club Usage Privacy Policy

Spartan Gym Sports & Conditioning respects your privacy and may use your personal data in an effort to fulfill our commitment to offering and providing an unparalleled member experience.

We may collect personal data from you when you access and use our main location, website, or any other physical or digital space in which we have a presence (collectively, the “Properties”). The personal data you provide directly to us through your interactions will typically be apparent from the context in which you provide that information. Training House may also automatically collect certain personal data and information from you while you are interacting with Training House and its Properties. In particular, we may collect information in connection with:

Membership and Club Usage Information

If you are a member, we will collect information about how you use and interact with the Properties, including the clubs and times you check in to, workouts you log, classes you book or add to your schedule, and information provided when you purchase or schedule personal training sessions and/or classes.

Demographic and Fitness Information

We will collect certain demographic information, including your date of birth, age, and gender identity, among others. In addition, as a Spartan Gym Sports & Conditioning member we may collect certain personal data that you provide regarding your fitness and health, including height, weight, measurements, body fat, performance metrics current and past injuries and surgeries, nutritional information and fitness goals, during the course of your membership such as when you complete a fitness assessment or participate in personal training and may also gather information about you that is developed by our personnel, such as training session logs and notes taken by personal trainers and other Spartan Gym Sports & Conditioning. As a member, we may also collect your photograph for identification and authentication purposes.

Transaction Information

Information related to your purchase(s) of goods and services with Spartan Gym Sports & Conditioning, such as your credit/debit card information, billing address, the goods and services purchased, and other related transaction information.

Usage Information

We may automatically collect certain information about how you use and interact with the Properties, such as the time and duration of your visit, search query terms you may enter, and any pages, features and content you access and how you interact with those pages, features and contents.

Hay problemas y riesgos más que suficientes cuando se piden medicamentos a otros países.
